Sleeps 5 adults $ US 400 $ US 350
In addition there will be a refundable damage deposit of £100 which may be paid on arrival.
All payments are expected to be paid in full and six weeks in advance of the arrival date.
Apartment may be reserved by the payment of 30% of the full cost when reserved well in advance of the six weeks cut off date after which  payment in full has to be made for a firm reservation.
Cancellation when made before six weeks will be refunded less 10% of the reservation payment.
Long term rates are Negotiable to suit the needs of the customer on individual basis.
Peak periods generally coincide with corresponding periods for air travel.
Rates may be changed without advanced notice.
Additional Information
Prospective patrons are advised to carry their own valid travel insurance to cover accidents, medical, ambulance and repatriation and other associated costs.
Approximate transfer/travel costs for guidance only. International Airport car hire charge to Mount Lavinia  Rs.3000 (Mid 2009 prices). Air conditioned vans:Rs  Rs 50/Km (2009).
